About the Role:

The primary responsibility of this position is to manage accounts receivable activities from invoicing to dispute management, including reporting. You will work closely with our collections team and internal support teams to deliver accurate invoices to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare outstanding invoice reports, hold reports/cancellation reports, process level reports for revenue services, and gather credit and/or reference information.
  • Maintain database by entering, updating, and retrieving data, as well as formatting and generating reports.
  • Assist in resolution of outstanding invoice queries/disputes.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers.
  • Check and verify account receivable records, prepare invoices, credit notes, and files.
  • Support internal metrics and goals through invoicing activities.

Requirements:

  • Sound judgment and ability to make quality and quick decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail.
