Administration Manager

1. Office Management:
1. Overseedaily administrative operations ensuring the office is functioningefficiently.
2. Maintain office supplies and equipmentmanaging inventory and ordering as necessary.
3.Implement and enforce office policies and procedures.
2.Staff Supervision:
1. Hire train and superviseadministrative staff providing guidance and support.
2.Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback tostaff.
3. Schedule and coordinate staff to ensureadequate coverage for all administrative tasks.
3.Customer Service:
1. Ensure a high level of customerservice by managing the receptionist area and addressing customerinquiries and complaints.
2. Assist customers withadministrative issues related to vehicle purchases andservices.
4. Documentation and Compliance:
1.Oversee the processing and filing of all dealership paperworkincluding vehicle sales contracts finance agreements and servicerecords.
2. Ensure compliance with federal state andlocal regulations including maintaining accurate records foraudits.
3. Manage title and registration paperworkensuring timely and accurate processing.
5. FinancialAdministration:
1. Assist with accounts receivable andaccounts payable functions including invoicing and paymentprocessing.
2. Work with the finance department toensure accurate financial reporting and budgeting.
3.Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.
6.Support to Sales and Service Departments:
1. Provideadministrative support to the sales and service departmentsincluding preparing reports scheduling appointments andcoordinating deliveries.
2. Ensure smooth communicationbetween departments to enhance overall dealershipoperations.
7. Reporting and Analysis:
1.Generate and analyze reports on administrative activitiesidentifying areas for improvement.
2. Present findingsand recommendations to the General Manager.
