Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented
Visa Counsellor
to guide students or clients through the visa application process for studying, working, or migrating abroad. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of visa regulations for countries like the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe, along with excellent communication and counseling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide detailed information about visa processes and requirements for various countries.
  • Guide clients/students through the end-to-end visa application process including documentation, interview preparation, and financial planning.
  • Assess the eligibility of clients for different visa categories and suggest appropriate options.
  • Review and verify all documentation before submission to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Communicate with embassies, consulates, or visa centers as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration and visa rules for multiple countries.
  • Handle client queries professionally via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into successful visa applications.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and client records.
  • Conduct seminars, webinars, or information sessions as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Education, International Relations, or related preferred).
  • Minimum (1–3) years of experience as a visa counsellor or in a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of visa requirements and procedures for major destinations (Canada, Australia, UK, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
