Salesforce Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and LWC.
- Manage a team of Salesforce developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop technical solutions.
- Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems and ensure data integrity and security.
- Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices, and maintain high standards of code quality.
- Stay current with Salesforce updates, technologies, and best practices, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and system bugs.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and user guides.
- Lead Salesforce development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide technical leadership and contribute to strategic planning for the Salesforce Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
- Proven experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
- Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Salesforce certifications (e.
, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II) are highly desirable.
- Extensive experience in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Proficient in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security models, and integration patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring technical teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
