Amazon Seller Services is an important division of Amazon Inc., a multi-national company headquartered in Seattle, USA. The division aims to help sellers grow their business by offering services which leverage high quality Amazon capabilities. Amazon Seller Services is now looking to work with Indian Sellers and offer them services which will scale their business. See for services offered in US & for product details in India.
The associate shall be responsible for managing partner relations as well as internal process streamlining. As Associate, Sales Excellence, you will support Lead Central program that identifies and sources Brand Owners / Brand aligned Distributors lead pool to acquire high value seller profile at launch across the managed sales org as well as seller ecosystem. In addition to this, you shall also support process excellence team with stakeholder/partner interaction. Using your know-how (including systems, processes and KPI management), deep understanding of Amazon tools and technical
capabilities, you will drive engagement and interactions.
The ideal candidate will have sales/program experience, ability to work in an environment with minimal supervision, comfortable working across multiple complex functions and capability to influence external partners. The candidate should be comfortable interfacing with technology systems, training other stakeholders on systems and processes and be able to analyze data and gather actionable conclusions. Operating in a rapidly changing environment will require the candidate to be adept at dealing with ambiguous, new and challenging situations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years of sales experience
- Bachelor's degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
