Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Pre-Sales Associate at our Bengaluru location. As a Pre-Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting our customers in their study abroad journey, providing guidance on program selection, helping with application crafting, and ensuring a smooth application process. You will also collaborate with our sales team and provide support in pre-sales activities.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively engage with customers and understand their needs
  • Knowledge of the study abroad process and familiarity with different programs and universities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work
  • Experience in a customer-facing role or sales-related role is a plus
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in other languages is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
