Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. This is a full-time, onsite role focused on driving student admissions through direct, on-the-ground engagement. You will be the face of our institute, responsible for counseling prospective students and their parents, generating leads through local outreach, and building a strong network within the local educational community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a deep understanding of the education sector. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for all walk-in inquiries from prospective students and parents at our center. Conduct professional, in-person counseling sessions to understand the needs of aspirants and guide them toward the most suitable courses. Drive student enrollment by managing the complete sales cycle, from initial inquiry and follow-up to final admission. Generate a consistent pipeline of leads by executing local marketing activities, such as conducting seminars in schools and colleges, and participating in educational events. Build and nurture strong relationships with local educational institutions, coaching centers, and other potential partners to create a robust referral network. Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly admission targets. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of all leads, interactions, and conversions in the CRM system. What We’re Looking For (Requirements): Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience in a B2C sales, counseling, or business development role. Industry Background: Prior experience in the education/EdTech industry is mandatory. Experience in admissions or counseling for competitive exams (like UPSC, JEE, NEET) is highly preferred. Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong sales and persuasion abilities, with a consultative and empathetic approach. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent networking and relationship-building skills. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required. Attributes: A target-driven and proactive individual with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for helping students succeed.
