Candidate Sourcing Collaboration: Work with recruitment teams for candidate delivery.8. Proposal Preparation: Create proposals outlining service scope, benefits, commercial terms.9. Client Communication: Regularly update clients on service delivery, address queries.10. Market Insight: Stay updated on IT trends, skill demands, and competitor activity. Required Skills 1. Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to sell services and negotiate deals.2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication for client interactions.3.
