Job description
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company services and generate leads.
- Understand client requirements and pitch appropriate solutions.
- Maintain follow-up communication with prospects via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
- Schedule meetings or site visits for the field sales or technical team.
- Maintain a database of prospective clients and track engagement status.
- Work closely with the business development and marketing team to meet monthly targets.
- Provide feedback from customers to help improve service offerings and marketing strategies.
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Kannada, English, Hindi or local languages as needed).
- Confident and persuasive phone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
- Ability to learn about services quickly and explain them to clients.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and client engagement.
Educational Qualification:
- Any Graduate or 12th Pass with relevant experience in telecalling or sales.
