Job description

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company services and generate leads.
  • Understand client requirements and pitch appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain follow-up communication with prospects via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
  • Schedule meetings or site visits for the field sales or technical team.
  • Maintain a database of prospective clients and track engagement status.
  • Work closely with the business development and marketing team to meet monthly targets.
  • Provide feedback from customers to help improve service offerings and marketing strategies.

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Kannada, English, Hindi or local languages as needed).
  • Confident and persuasive phone manner.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
  • Ability to learn about services quickly and explain them to clients.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and client engagement.

Educational Qualification:

  • Any Graduate or 12th Pass with relevant experience in telecalling or sales.
