About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic 
Social

Media
Endorsement & Podcast Review Specialist
 to work with 
Dr. Shilpa Arora
, a well-recognized figure in health, wellness, and nutrition. The role involves building Dr. Arora's digital presence across platforms, managing endorsement campaigns, reviewing podcasts, and creating engaging brand-aligned content that connects with her audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage 
    social

media
endorsement campaigns
 aligned with Dr. Shilpa Arora's brand identity.
- Coordinate with marketing and PR teams for 
sponsored content, collaborations, and influencer tie-ups
.
- Draft and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, blogs, etc.) across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor and review 
podcast episodes
, ensuring alignment with brand tone, accuracy, and messaging.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI).
- Stay updated on 
trending health, lifestyle, and wellness topics
 for creating relevant content strategies.
- Manage audience interactions, responding to queries, reviews, and feedback in a timely, professional manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of experience in 
    digital marketing,
    social

media
management, or brand endorsements
.
- Proven expertise in 
content creation, influencer marketing, and podcast review/management
.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with an eye for engaging wellness-related content.
- Familiarity with 
social
 
media
 tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with ability to track KPIs and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Background

  • Experience working with 
    health, wellness, or lifestyle brands
    .
  • Knowledge of 
    nutrition, holistic wellness, or healthcare communication
     is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
