Job Description
● Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing
strategies
● Develop content calendars on a weekly and monthly basis for company brands
● Setting up various social media channels and maintaining brand consistency.
● Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts
● Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
● Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
● Organise and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
● Developing engaging social media strategies.
● Managing social media platforms of the organisation.
● Scheduling social media posts.
● Engaging followers with regular company updates.
● Creating brand awareness to gain audience attention.
● Monitoring social media metrics and ROI.
● Preparing social media engagement and activities reports.
● Optimising social media content effectively.
● Coordinating with Graphic Designer and other team members.
● Staying up to date with the latest social media advertising efforts and goals.
● Knowledge of Microsoft excel and PowerPoint
Must Have:
● 1 - 2 years of experience specialising in Social Media optimization.
● Should have worked on both organic and paid campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
and LinkedIn.
● Should understand and help unique formulate audience engagement strategies w.r.t Social
Media platform or Business
● Connect with new potential prospects on all social platforms
● Should have worked on Social Media Campaign in past 6 month
