Assistant Sales Manager - Corporate Gifting:


1. Maintain and strengthen relationships with corporate gifting agencies or clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

2. Achieve a high level of client retention by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and effective manner.

3. Lead the onboarding process for large retailers and corporate clients, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction.

4. Contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting the Corporate Gifting department in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.

5. Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through networking, market research, and industry events. Represent the company at regional and national exhibitions.

6. Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts to secure new clients and retain existing ones.

7. Ensure the successful planning and execution of corporate gifting display programs by assisting in gift selection, customization, and packaging. Effectively showcase the features and advantages of our products to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs.

8. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure gifts and negotiate pricing and terms to optimize profitability.

9. Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of gifting orders and timely delivery.

10. Share insights and feedback with the sales team and other relevant stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and innovation in products and processes.

11. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and best practices related to corporate gifting and sales.


Job Location: Mulund, Mumbai

Experience required in corporate gifting domain. - 1.5 Yrs and above

CTC: 5 to 7 L.P.A

Qualifications required:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze sales data and website performance

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders

Prior experience in E-commerce and digital marketing

Ability to create and execute marketing strategies to drive online sales

Familiarity with website optimization techniques to improve search engine rankings and user experience

Experience in creating and implementing online advertising campaigns

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, Marketing, or related field
