About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Order Management Executive to support back-office operations and client order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage client orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow and order fulfillment.
  • Maintain & update data in Excel sheets and systems.
  • Communicate with US-based clients and stakeholders via email and calls.
  • Verify documents, generate reports, and resolve escalations.
  • Adhere to compliance and quality standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication (written & verbal).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reporting).
  • Strong attention to detail & accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Comfortable with night shift (US shift).
  • Bachelors degree preferred; prior order management/back-office experience a plus.
