**Job Title**: E-commerce Executive (Order Processing & Inventory Management)

**Location**: Gaur City Mall, Greater Noida
**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000/month (Based on experience)
**Work Mode**: Full-time (On-site)

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **order processing, dispatch, and return management** using Unicommerce.
- Maintain accurate **inventory records** across all marketplaces.
- Regularly update **stock levels** and coordinate with warehouse teams.
- Ensure all **product listings** are live, updated, and optimized on Amazon, Myntra, AJIO, and Nykaa.
- Coordinate with marketplace teams for **deal activations, order issues, and catalog errors**.
- Monitor **daily sales reports**, returns, and performance metrics.
- Troubleshoot listing errors, out-of-stock products, and customer complaints.
- Ensure timely communication with internal teams and courier partners.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **6 months - 1 year** of experience in e-commerce operations.
- Hands-on experience with **Unicommerce** is a **must**.
- Familiarity with listing and backend operations on **Amazon, Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa**.
- Strong knowledge of **Excel** and basic reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
