We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as an Order Management Executive. The role involves handling customer orders efficiently, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring timely fulfillment, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders accurately in the system and monitor order status
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues or delays
  • Maintain order records, invoices, and related documentation
  • Respond to customer queries related to orders and deliveries
  • Assist in managing inventory levels and stock availability
  • Generate regular reports on order processing, pending orders, and fulfillment status
  • Support process improvements to enhance efficiency in order management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (preferred)
  • Prior experience in order management, sales coordination, or back-office operations is an advantage
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
