Founding BDR Manager opportunity for a new geography Opportunity to have a steep career growth and work with industry veterans About Our Client Our client is a leading contract management and automation platform selling primarily to Mid-Market clients. Job Description Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage midmarket companies that fit the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Outbound Sales: Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate interest. Qualification: Assess prospect needs and ensure alignment with the company's solutions. Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives to handoff qualified leads. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed monthly quotas for outreach and pipeline generation. The Successful Applicant 3+ years of experience as a BDR Outbound experience is a must Experience selling to US clients is necessary Excellent Presentation and communication skills Open to Work From office 2 days per week
