Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Sulur for a Manager - Business Development (B2B). The Manager - Business Development will be responsible for strategizing and executing business development plans, targeting industrial and allied sectors. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, exploring new markets, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The Manager - Business Development will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the company's growth.
Qualifications
Proven track record of 5-10 years in business development and sales, with experience in B2B sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking to identify problems and capitalize on new potential markets
Result-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve sales targets
Knowledge of rubber products and their applications is a plus
