About the Role:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Manager to join our team at Computer Lab. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with basic HR knowledge and strong admin skills to grow in a professional setting.


Key Responsibilities:

* Handle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

* Maintain employee attendance, leave, and HR records.

* Prepare documents: offer letters, experience letters, etc.

* Manage EPF & ESIC registrations, claims, and submissions.

* Assist in payroll data preparation.

* Ensure accurate documentation and compliance.

* Support basic employee engagement activities.


Requirements:

0–1 year of HR experience or internship

Strong skills in **MS Excel & Word**

Good understanding of **EPF & ESIC procedures**

Excellent communication and record-keeping skills

Immediate joiners preferred
