We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our growing real estate team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and providing end-to-end guidance in the property buying, selling, and investment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage long-term relationships with clients to generate sales and repeat business.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide property solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Conduct site visits, property showings, and guide clients throughout the decision-making process.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and legal teams to ensure smooth execution of deals.
  • Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Provide after-sales support, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and referrals.
  • Stay updated with local real estate trends, property values, and competitor activities in the Lucknow market.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360, ₹840,000.00 per year
