Key responsibilitiesProcess Design and Implementation: Develop, document, and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for the end-to-end P2P process, including sourcing, procurement, supplier management, contract management, and relevant warehouse operations.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize procurement processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. Lead process improvement initiatives, leveraging process excellence methodologies (e.G., Six Sigma, Lean).Vendor Governance: Design and implement a comprehensive vendor governance model, including vendor qualification, performance evaluation, risk assessment, and supplier relationship management.Data Analysis: Analyze procurement data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and performance metrics. Generate insights to inform process improvements, vendor performance evaluation, and decision-making.KPI Development: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure procurement performance, including cost savings, supplier on-time delivery, quality, and compliance.Digital Procurement: Drive the adoption of digital procurement technologies and tools to automate processes, improve efficiency, and enhance data visibility. Lead Procurement module in SAP transition from ECC to HANNA.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.G., Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, IT) to ensure alignment and effective process execution.Change Management: Develop and execute change management plans to support process implementation, vendor governance model adoption, KPI tracking, and digital transformation initiatives.System Utilization: Ensure effective utilization of procurement systems and tools to support process efficiency, compliance, and vendor managementWho are we looking for?We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Business Process Owner to optimize and streamline our P2P processes across Raw Materials, Engineering, Capex, Energy, Packaging, and Logistics procurement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the manufacturing industry and a proven track record of driving process excellence. This role will be instrumental in developing and implementing comprehensive SOPs, designing a robust vendor governance model, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), and driving digital transformation within the procurement functionEducation:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field;
