This is a role for someone who wants to build the invisible machinery behind a beautiful experience—blending architecture, engineering leadership, cloud infrastructure, ironclad security, and AI/ML innovation into one cohesive ecosystem. What You’ll Lead Platform & systems architecture (cloud, backend, services) AI/ML workflows, intelligent automation & agents Cloud infra, DevOps, CI/CD & high-availability deployments Security-first engineering (BlackBerry-level discipline) Team building, engineering culture & fast, reliable execution What You Bring 8–15 years in architecture, backend, platform, or cloud engineering Strong hands-on expertise in infra, deployments, distributed systems AI/ML product integration experience (LLMs, inference, pipelines) Ability to build foundational technologies—not just features Leadership mindset: clarity, ownership, and precision Why This Role Matters You will architect the technical backbone of Cue Home and shape the product experience for thousands of homes.
