**Responsibilities**:
- **Manage Patient Records**:
- Maintain and update patient records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Enter patient information into computer systems.
- **Scheduling**:
- Schedule patient appointments, admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Coordinate appointments for patients with other departments or specialists.
- **Communication**:
- Answer phone calls, direct them appropriately, and respond to inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with patients, family members, medical staff, and the public.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Provide general administrative support to medical staff.
- Assist with billing procedures and handle insurance forms.
- Prepare reports and maintain inventory of office supplies.
- **Patient Interaction**:
- Assist patients and their families with questions or concerns.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary materials.
- **Transcription**:
- Transcribe doctors’ orders and ensure all staff are informed of any changes.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- **Medical Knowledge**: Familiarity with medical terminology and hospital procedures.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using computer systems and office software.
Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
