As a Recruiter in the Human Resource industry, you will play a crucial role in finding and attracting top talent to join our organization. This is a junior position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements
• Participate in job fairs and industry events to network and attract potential candidates

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and candidate management systems
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and labor legislation

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools
• Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
