The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, analyzing market trends and competitors, and creating sales strategies. The role will be primarily located in Bengaluru with the flexibility for some remote work.QualificationsBachelor of Engineering ( Mechanical / Electrical ) Working Experience 3-5 years ( Preferably in B2B Manufacturing Startups )Proven experience in business development of Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Components salesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with clientsExcellent negotiation and persuasion skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesUnderstanding of the manufacturing industry and market trendsKnowledge of sustainability practices and environmental responsibilityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
