We have an opportunity for a driven, talented and passionate skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator, to join our Application Support team based in our Mumbai office.

Reporting into the Application Support Manager, as a Dynamics 365 Administrator SME you will get a chance to contribute to a range of projects utilising Dynamics 365. As part of a small dedicated Dynamics 365 support team, you will provide development for the Dynamics CRM system that integrates with the new Achilles product platform, and over the next 6 months will take on responsibility for all future customisation and custom workflow activities.

Responsibilities• Input to technical designs and future development• Work with product owners and business analysts to elicit requirements & assist in developing design specifications to maximise the benefit of Dynamics 365.• Work on a daily basis with developers, testers, business analysts, information architects and configurators, as part of a cross functional team in an agile project environment.• Collaborate with Development, QA and other teams to ensure a smooth transition of deliverables through proper release channels into production.• Control security, profiles, group access, queues and other set up functions• Offering continuous improvement suggestions and supporting change• Deploy and utilise plug-ins and external tools• Conduct research to identify best practice and discover new system functions

Operational Improvement• Assist in defining best practice release and deployment process and maintenance activities for Microsoft Dynamics related activities.• Manage existing tools and systems while transitioning to improved processes and methods.• Sharing knowledge and supporting other colleagues within the team.• Provide documentation for change management and best practices.• Support the Dynamics team with daily activities and assisting with incident management.Driving Quality• Takes personal pride in delivering work of the highest standards.• Sets targets for quality and completeness of work that go beyond the minimum required• Develops robust processes.• Actively participates in knowledge sharing and cross-functional networking groups.• Makes appropriate information and knowledge available to those who have a need for it.• Responds constructively and quickly to shifting goalposts or changing requirements.• Copes effectively with rapid change or increased demands.

Knowledge & Experience• 2 years plus delivery experience administering Dynamics 365• Hands on experience of technical implementation and deployment of Dynamics 365• Strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 platform, core modules and technologies• Appreciation and familiarity of the wider Microsoft stack, how they integrate with Dynamics 365, and understand how they can bring business value to our customers• Knowledge of development frameworks (SCRUM/Agile)• You’ll be familiar and comfortable extending Dynamics 365/CRM Online via Plugins, Processes and Web API• Collaborate with other stakeholders/ end users in the software development lifecycle – PMs, Business Analysts, testing etc.

Qualifications• Ability to demonstrate significant experience in a similar Dynamics Administrator role.• Solid experience Dynamics 365.• Degree in Computer Science or similar.
