Manager, Inside Account Executive

Responsibilities

Build, manage, coach and drive a team of high caliber inside sales professionals focused on New Logo Business (Hunters)Set expectations, provide clarity and KPIs for the Inside Sales team to achieveWork closely with Nutanix Field Sales to design a “Divide & Conquer” new logo sales account approachMeet and exceed bookings targets for the identified market segmentMotivate, coach and manage Inside Sales professionals to build pipeline and close revenue through Nutanix Channel & OEM PartnersWork with Nutanix marketing to design and implement campaigns focused at various target accountsProvide accurate weekly forecasts and track sales activity leveraging SFDCJoin Customer Calls with the Inside Sales team to coach and assist in closing bookingsRequired Competencies/Skills

5+ years sales experience and 3+ years management experienceExperience in enterprise sales required, Storage/Networking/Virtualization/Cloud or Infrastructure industries strongly preferredProven consistent achievement of goals through the leadership and motivation of an Inside sales teamExperience hiring, developing and retaining talentExceptional command of enterprise sales methodologies and the ability to coach to itExcellent communication skills and the ability to build cross-functional relationshipsExcellent Microsoft Office and skillsTravel 1 to 2 times a quarter required--
