**Description**:
Tbot Techno Systems, an IT Solutions and Services company, is seeking a driven Inside Sales Executive (Female) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our IT solutions and products to potential customers. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a key role in identifying potential clients, creating and maintaining customer relationships, and closing deals. Your passion for technology, customer focus, and sales skills will be essential to building and maintaining successful customer relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect, source, qualify, and generate leads for our IT solutions and services.
- Conduct product demonstrations via webinars or phone calls to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and manage a sales pipeline.
- Work directly with customers to understand their needs and requirements.
- Provide quotes, negotiate pricing, and close deals with customers.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand product offerings and capabilities.
- Continuously update CRM system and produce accurate sales reports.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or account management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Experience in selling IT products and solutions.
- Proven track record of over-achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
