The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate or consultative sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first approach.Key Responsibilities:Candidate must know Marathi Language.Handle walk-in clients and scheduled site visits with professionalism and confidence.Act as a single point of contact for clients from post-site visit to final sales closure.Understand customer needs and offer tailored property solutions.Manage active sales pipelines with regular follow-ups and engagement.Coordinate with developers and internal teams for updated inventory and closing support.Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team revenue.Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless deal execution.Work closely with the CRM and marketing teams to nurture and convert leads effectively.
