Position: Assistant Sales Manager

We are looking for a passionate and driven sales professional to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate or consultative sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate must know Marathi Language.
  • Handle walk-in clients and scheduled site visits with professionalism and confidence.
  • Act as a single point of contact for clients from post-site visit to final sales closure.
  • Understand customer needs and offer tailored property solutions.
  • Manage active sales pipelines with regular follow-ups and engagement.
  • Coordinate with developers and internal teams for updated inventory and closing support.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team revenue.
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless deal execution.
  • Work closely with the CRM and marketing teams to nurture and convert leads effectively.
