Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in sourcing and selling unsecured business loans. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, source, and acquire new customers for unsecured business loans through cold calling, field visits, and referrals.
  • Meet and engage with small & medium business owners (SMEs/MSMEs) to understand their financial requirements.
  • Explain product features, eligibility, and loan benefits clearly to customers.
  • Collect and verify required documents from clients for loan processing.
  • Work closely with credit, operations, and backend teams to ensure smooth loan disbursement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM/management regularly.
  • Stay updated with competitor products, market trends, and lending policies.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Good knowledge of local markets and business segments.
  • Ability to handle fieldwork and client interactions independently.
  • Basic understanding of credit evaluation and loan processes.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Graduate (any discipline) / MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 0–3 years in sales (experience in financial products, especially loans, preferred).
  • Previous experience in Fintech is highly preferable.
  • Age: 21–30 years (flexible as per company policy).
  • Other: Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
