**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, source, and acquire new customers for **unsecured business loans** through cold calling, field visits, and referrals.
- Meet and engage with small & medium business owners (SMEs/MSMEs) to understand their financial requirements.
- Explain product features, eligibility, and loan benefits clearly to customers.
- Collect and verify required documents from clients for loan processing.
- Work closely with credit, operations, and backend teams to ensure smooth loan disbursement.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM/management regularly.
- Stay updated with competitor products, market trends, and lending policies.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Good knowledge of local markets and business segments.
- Ability to handle fieldwork and client interactions independently.
- Basic understanding of credit evaluation and loan processes.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Education**: Graduate (any discipline) / MBA preferred.
- **Experience**: 0-3 years in sales (experience in financial products, especially loans, preferred).
- **Previous experience in Fintech is highly preferable.**:

- **Age**: 21-30 years (flexible as per company policy).
- **Other**: Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
