**Job Title: Home Loans Executive**

**Location**: Bangalore, Karnataka

**Experience**: 1-4 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Business Development**: Identify and approach potential customers to promote home loan products. Achieve sales targets through proactive lead generation and conversion strategies.
- **Client Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored home loan solutions.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay informed about market trends, competitive products, and regulatory changes to effectively position Jana Small Finance Bank’s offerings.
- **Customer Service**: Address client inquiries and resolve any issues related to home loans, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all transactions and documentation adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1-4 years of experience in home loans or related financial services.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- **Skills**:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Good understanding of home loan products, financial regulations, and market dynamics
- **Personal Traits**:

- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
