Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
  • Identify and pursue new business leads through networking and cold calling.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT Services & Consulting industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify new business opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure new business deals.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and technologies is desirable.

Marketing course/ should be interested in sales.
