- **Customer Service**:Providing information, addressing concerns, and resolving customer complaints.
- **Documentation**:Updating CRM systems with call details, customer information, and interaction notes.
- **Following Scripts**:Adhering to communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and professionalism.
- **Building Rapport**:Establishing positive relationships with customers to enhance their experience and drive repeat business.

**Skills**:

- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Both verbal and written, including active listening and the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle difficult conversations and resolve customer complaints.
- **Persuasion and Sales Skills**: The ability to build rapport, identify customer needs, and persuade them to take action.
- **Computer Skills**: Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to handle various customer interactions and adapt to different situations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
