- Key Responsibilities:Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Present company services to clients in a professional and structured manner (via phone, video call, or in person).
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate financial advisory solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and business development goals.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with the research and operations teams to ensure timely client servicing.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
- Participate in business strategy discussions and contribute ideas to improve sales performance.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience are welcome.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation skills and confidence in client interactions.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach toward business development.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of financial products and markets is an advantage (training will be provided).
