The Head of Sales will manage every aspect of high-value transactions, provide expert guidance to both buyers and sellers, and drive revenue growth through client servicing, market expertise, and strategic networking.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Representation: Present specialized luxury projects to HNI and UHNI clients, ensuring their unique needs and preferences are met.Networking: Build and leverage strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners, introducing creative and strategic ideas to expand outreach.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to maximize conversions and achieve targets.Market Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of the Bengaluru luxury real estate market and customer dynamics.QualificationsProven ability to manage and close high-value residential sales.Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada.Capability to network effectively with HNI/UHNI clients and industry professionals.If you are passionate about luxury real estate and have the expertise to deliver exceptional client experiences while driving sales growth, connect with our HR team to begin the recruitment and onboarding process.
