Job Description:
We're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Helpdesk Specialist to join our team. As a Helpdesk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our customers and internal teams via phone, email, and chat. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, provide product information, and escalate complex issues to senior technicians as needed.
Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance to customers and internal teams via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
Product Information: Provide product information and answer customer inquiries in a clear and concise manner.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions and technical issues.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest changes to enhance the helpdesk experience.
Communication: Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure that technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
2.5+years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.
Strong understanding of computer systems, software applications, and hardware components.
Familiarity with helpdesk software and ticketing systems.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical customers.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple technical issues simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
