IT Helpdesk Coordinator

**Role: Help Desk Co-Ordinator**
**Location: Gachibowli / Jubilee Hills ( On-site)**
**Experience: 2+ years**
**Notice: Immediate Joiners/Less than 15 days**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Help Desk Operations**:
- Manage and track all IT support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
- **System Maintenance and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of hardware, software, and network configurations.
- Keep a detailed log of issues reported and solutions applied.
- Assist in maintaining and updating IT support documentation, including FAQs, user guides, and training materials.
- **User Training and Support**:
- Provide one-on-one or group training sessions for end-users on new software or technology implementations.
- Assist users in understanding IT policies, procedures, and the correct use of tools and resources.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:
- Coordinate with IT team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve IT issues.
- Communicate with vendors for technical support and equipment purchases when necessary.
- Regularly update users on the status of their IT requests and maintain a high level of customer service.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience).
- **Experience**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a help desk coordinator or IT support role.
- Experience managing ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk is a plus.
- **Skills**:
- Strong knowledge and hands on Ticketing Tool, Ticket Management, Resource Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 per month
Shift:
- Day shift
