Job Title: Lead Generator Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate new/existing business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, social outreach, and other lead-generation strategies - Qualify leads and convert them into active opportunities. - Conduct discovery calls to understand needs and schedule relevant meetings. - Handle all follow-up communication - Coordinate with internal teams to set up new clients and ensure a smooth onboarding process - Prepare, review, and send outreach communication to garner leads. - Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system. - Nurture existing leads through consistent communication and relationship-building. - Collaborate with marketing to align outreach strategies and provide feedback from the field Requirements: - Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients - Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills - Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset - Comfortable using CRM tools and other sales software - Ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously US shift SAL-20-23k(4 hours)
