Our focus is on delivering high-quality products and services to our customers. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Pune.
Job Description:As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of industrial tools and equipment in Pune and the surrounding areas. You will be the key point of contact between our company and our clients, playing a crucial role in meeting sales targets and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:Identify and target potential clients in the Pune area.Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
Requirements:1 to 10 years of experience in sales, particularly in industrial hand tools, machine tools, greasing and oil equipment, pneumatic tools, electric tools, or related industrial maintenance products.Proven track record of achieving sales targets.Familiarity with the Pune and surrounding area market.Strong network and good customer contacts in the relevant industry.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to build rapport and foster long-term relationships.Time management and planning skills.Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
