Role & responsibilities
- Generate, manage & nurture leads through calls, referrals & campaigns.
- Handle client inquiries & build strong client relationships.
- Schedule, coordinate & personally accompany clients on site visits.
- Post and update properties on real estate listing platforms (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing, etc.).
- Support sales team with brochures, pricing & payment plans.
- Maintain CRM database, records & ensure compliance.
- Resolve client issues & ensure smooth customer experience.
- Share regular reports with management on leads & conversions.
- Provide after-sales updates, service & encourage referrals.
Preferred candidate profile
We are looking for a confident and experienced CRM Executive. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in real estate or a client-facing role and must be skilled in handling client relationships, managing leads, and ensuring timely follow-ups. She will be responsible for conducting and coordinating client site visits, providing detailed project information, and ensuring a smooth experience throughout the customer journey. The role also requires managing and updating property listings on leading real estate portals such as MagicBricks, 99acres, and , along with maintaining accurate client records in CRM tools. The candidate should be fluent in English and Hindi, proficient in MS Office, and well-versed with digital tools and real estate listing platforms. A graduate , she must be presentable and proactive. Freshers will not be considered.
