Job Summary:
We're seeking a seasoned Senior Manager/ AGM - CRM with over 10 years of experience to lead our customer relationship management initiatives in real estate. This role involves crafting and executing CRM strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of collectibles from customers & ensuring achievement of collection targets
  • Responsible for revenue generation through follow up on collections of dues towards completion demands until handover of flat
  • To prepare the Funds flow/ projection report
  • Enabling processes that provide accurate documents to customers for their transactions
  • Ensuring timely registrations & management of agents/ vendors for the same.
  • To handle queries, requests, service issues, complaints, customer retentions, etc.
  • Personal meetings & discussions with customers post booking
  • Effective management of customer grievances & queries related to costing, finance, taxes, agreement, project status, projections, etc.
  • To co-ordinate & ensure smooth flow of bank loan disbursal, registration of the property, etc.
  • Timely follow up with bank for housing loan sanction

Qualification:

  • Min Graduate or MBA
  • Excellent in MS Office is MANDATORY
  • Basic internet skills.
  • CRM/LMS knowledge preferred.

  • Fluent English & interpersonal skills.
  • Should have good knowledge of Real estate industry
