POSITION SUMMARY
The Lead – Client Services is responsible for handling escalated client service issues, strategic initiatives, driving revenue growth, client satisfaction and profitability.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manages, supports, and services the needs of an assigned group of clients.
• Addresses client concerns and ensure the resolution of issues in a timely manner, with follow-up when appropriate.
• Manages all client communications and compliance on client deliverables.
• Works closely with other members of the organization, supports and leads strategic initiatives to improve client satisfaction, revenue growth and profitability.
• Assists with gathering client data and preparing client presentations.
• Retains accounts through the development of strong relationships with key client contacts.
• Analyzes and reports monthly financial results as well as monitors client satisfaction levels.
• Assists management with monitoring client contract terms and contract renewals.
• Additional duties as assigned.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
• Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) preferred
• 6+ years progressive Business experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
• High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
• Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).
• Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients.
• Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
• Ability to work with and influence peers and management.
• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
