Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for building and scaling the India sales. This will be an IC role where the person should be managing from demand gen to closure, selling predominantly to the BFSI ecosystem.

Must be passionate and have proven achievements in ○ Banking Financial Services, Insurance enterprise/digital/product/fintech landscape with solution and services selling experience Present the client solutions/services to existing and prospective customers and drive efforts to expand and grow in a specific or all of the following geographies Proactively identify the size and prioritize all significant opportunities in the territory by assessing customer requirements, consulting with them on company offerings, and managing their needs and expectations Effectively close sales with a widely diverse set of prospects, each with unique needs ranging from corporate to government

The Successful Applicant

10+ years of IT Services sales experience Must have a good network at CXO level in banking, financial services, and insurance domains, Fintech/Health Tech Companies, Product companies Possess a sound understanding of emerging technologies in the software development field and offshore-onsite model of working Should be independent and able to function in a single-person ( limited ) team environment The ideal candidate would possess both a technical background that enables them to easily interact with customers, software developers, and business development managers and a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges Open to Mumbai as a location.
