1. Ownoverall relationship with clients including managing onboardingimplementation training increasing adoption and high levels ofcustomer satisfaction
2. Establish a trusted andstrategic advisor relationship to help drive the continued value ofour product
3. Maintain and develop customersuccess strategies and best practices as well as customer supportcontent with the help of the creative team
4.Communicate effectively with both internal and external seniorlevelmanagement to understand customer needs maximize retention andgrowth and communicate learnings
5. Maintainexisting customer success metrics and data
6.Serve as daytoday contact for assigned accounts identify areas ofopportunity highlight best practices and documentthem
7. Review the customer journey identifyinghow its supported taking a consultative approach in helping clientsovercome issues and achieve goals
8. Facilitateinteraction and workflow between project team members to ensuretimely deliverables
9. Collaborate problemsolveand/or strategize upcoming client meetings with teammembers
10. Work with the sales and marketingteam to develop casestudies
Location: Remote
Workingdays : MondayFriday
Stipend : INR10000
