- and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact.Lead and support a team of Customer Success Managers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high performance.Develop and execute customer success strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess team and individual effectiveness.Oversee client onboarding processes and conduct training sessions to ensure successful product adoption.Proactively gather client feedback and work closely with internal teams to address issues and improve overall customer experience.Handle escalated client issues with professionalism and urgency, ensuring swift resolution.Drive customer renewals and identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.4-5 years of proven experience in customer success, or a similar role, preferably within a US-based SAAS company.Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience in managing and motivating teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.Problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Empathy and a genuine desire to help clients succeed.Web3 experience is a plus.
