Job Title- Technical Recruiter

Location:- Ahmedabad, GJ Onsite

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented US Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, top talent for various roles across the United States. This position requires excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of recruitment strategies, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and account manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and qualify candidates for a wide range of positions, including IT, engineering, finance, and other industries.

Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media platforms, databases, and other tools to identify potential candidates.

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and account manager to understand hiring needs and expectations.

Market Research: Stay updated on trends in the US job market and provide insights to improve recruitment strategies.

ATS Management: Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in US IT recruitment, preferably in an RPO OR Staffing agency or corporate environment.- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, and Monster.- Familiarity with US employment laws and visa processes (e.g., H1B, OPT, CPT, C2C, EAD).- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience recruiting for specialized roles in IT.- Familiarity with international hiring and visa sponsorship processes.- Ability to analyze recruitment data and provide actionable insights.
