Key Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and shortlist potential candidates for IT roles through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of IT talent.- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand client needs and job specifications.- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to maximize efficiency.- Stay updated with the latest trends in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements:

- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on IT positions preferred.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.- Knowledge of various sourcing techniques (social media, job boards, etc.).- Tech-savvy with a keen interest in the IT industry.- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
