Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Inside Sales Executive & Office Coordinator to join our team in Okhla. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage office coordination while handling inbound/outbound calls to generate business leads.

Key Responsibilities:Inside Sales:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to pitch products/services.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Maintain a database of customer information and sales records.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively.

Office Coordination:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate between departments for smooth functioning.
  • Maintain office supplies, basic documentation, and records.
  • Assist the sales team in follow-ups and backend support.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident in cold calling and pitching to clients.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, CRM).
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.

Eligibility:

  • Minimum 12th pass, graduates preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or office coordination.
  • Fluency in Hindi and basic English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
