**Job Title**: Inside Sales Executive & Office Coordinator

**Location**: Okhla, New Delhi
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 (based on experience and skills)

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Experience**: 1-3 years preferred

**Key Responsibilities:Inside Sales**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to pitch products/services.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Maintain a database of customer information and sales records.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively.

**Office Coordination**:

- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate between departments for smooth functioning.
- Maintain office supplies, basic documentation, and records.
- Assist the sales team in follow-ups and backend support.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in cold calling and pitching to clients.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.

**Eligibility**:

- Minimum 12th pass, graduates preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or office coordination.
- Fluency in Hindi and basic English.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
